About these terms

These terms apply to the Spoolform website, our free online tools (such as the QR Review Stand maker) and all orders and custom projects. If you have any question, contact us at hello@spoolform.com or WhatsApp +60 11-7221 2707.

Orders and quotes

  • For custom work, we will send you a quote and, where needed, a preview for your approval.
  • Production starts after you approve the design and make payment.
  • Prices and production times may change for new orders, but we will always confirm them before you pay.

Your designs and files

  • You keep ownership of the files, images, logos and text you send us.
  • By sending them, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.
  • We may refuse any order that we believe copies someone else's brand, character or design, or is offensive or illegal.

Spoolform designs

Our own product designs, photos, 3D models and website content belong to Spoolform. Please do not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

Free tools

  • Our online tools are free to use and are provided as they are.
  • Files you download are for your own use. Please do not sell them as your own design.
  • Always test-scan your QR code and check the model before printing. We are not responsible for print results on your own printer.

3D printed products

3D printed items are made layer by layer, so small layer lines and slight colour differences are normal. Items are for decorative and light everyday use unless we say otherwise. Keep them away from high heat, such as a car dashboard in the sun.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
