Can I bring my own STL or STEP file?
Yes. Send your file and we will check it for printability, size and wall thickness before quoting. Some files may need small adjustments.
Can Spoolform help design a product from a sketch?
Yes. A sketch, photo or written idea is enough to start. We turn it into a 3D model and share it with you for review before anything is printed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. It depends on the design and how it is produced. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will advise what makes sense.
Which materials and colours are available?
It depends on the project and what the object needs to do. We will recommend suitable materials and colours for your design when we review it.
Can I order custom keychains for events?
Yes, we can discuss event or corporate keychains. Share the quantity, design and event date early so we can confirm whether the timeline is achievable.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on design time, size, material, print time, finishing and quantity. You get a quotation after we review your project, before any work begins.
How long does production take?
It depends on complexity and quantity. We will give you an estimated timeline with the quotation, and let you know early if your deadline is not realistic.
Can I request a prototype before bulk production?
Yes. Where it makes sense, we produce a prototype for you to check before printing the full quantity.
